Terms and Conditions of Sale

- Purpose
SODIP, a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 392 912 853, intra-Community VAT number FR03392912853, with its registered office at 21 boulevard Montmartre, 75002 Paris (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Seller’), is primarily engaged in the sale of cosmetics and personal care products (hereinafter the ‘Products’).
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) apply to the Seller’s online sales of Products and to sales made in person, by telephone, email or via social media to Consumers.
The term ‘Consumer(s)’ refers, in accordance with the Consumer Code, to any natural person acting for purposes outside the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity and who has placed an order with the Seller.
