The Consumer’s right of withdrawal

In connection with the sale of the Products, the Consumer has a right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Consumer takes possession of the Product ordered, or from receipt of the last of the Products ordered in the case of a multiple order.

The Consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal by informing the Seller of their decision, by means of a clear and unambiguous statement, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, at the following address: contact@sodip.fr.

The Consumer must return the Products to the Seller without delay and before the expiry of a period of fourteen (14) days following the Consumer’s notification of their decision to withdraw. 

The Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. 

The cost of returning the Products shall be borne by the Seller.
